During the 14th, 15th and 16th of June, the LTT of the project took place in Riga, Latvia. This training was based on the results and materials previously created in the project, encouraging the exchange of creative activities, manual workshops, cultural differences and other good practices among the participants. Below is an overview of what happened on the third day of training:

And then the last day arrived! As part of the final activities the participants visited Jurmala, a small but charming village on the Baltic coast. There the participants held the first workshops, this time related to outdoor activities. From Norway the participants brought one of their most used games based on teamwork as well as group fun.

After finishing the outdoor activities, the participants moved inside the Bulduru Izstāžu nams museum where local artist and painter Liga Banciere explained the artworks and objects exhibited there, as well as their history and relation to the community. After that, it was time again for the participants to show their creativity! On this occasion IDEJA, together with Liga Banciere, prepared a painting workshop on canvas, first with acrylics and then with palette knife. Do you want to see the results? Finally, the participants enjoyed a pleasant walk along the beach of Jurmala to the Pictures museum Teātris Inner Light. This small but interesting museum allowed the participants to appreciate a new painting technique whereby the pictures change depending on the light.

And so the third and last LTT day of the project ended! The participants went home with new experiences, friendships and lots of activities they can use to be creative… as well as with the materials they have created!
