On the 2nd of December
Europole (Polo Europeo della Conoscenza – I.C. Bosco Chiesanuova) held in
Verona the multiplier event of the Power of Creativity project.
During this event, the objectives and activities developed in the project
during these two years were presented, as well as the results developed by the
partners.
In addition, Europole organised together with the trainer Antonio Sparacino a practical workshop for the attendees. This hands-on workshop consisted on the creation and art of fabric stencils:
- Graphic-chromatic preparation through the support of individual cards to choose themes and subjects to represent pictorially with stencils (nature, animals and plants, sports);
- Selection of Stencils previously prepared by the teacher-artist, for personalization of each participant’s favourite themes, with a brief practical explanation on the creation of a stencil on acetate sheet;
- Colours and binders, from nature to our hands, to touch and create by transforming the raw material into artistic design artefacts, such as personalized t-shirts;
- Operational use of the stencil, positioning centering and, characteristic percussion pictorial mode aimed at the final result of the work.
