Disabilities are very different: movement, sight, hearing, mind, etc. Trainers need to know and be able to apply different methods when working with adults with different disabilities. This partnership was created with the aim to support adult trainers with new digital, interactive and creative teaching methods while working with disabled people, which will also help to increase the social inclusion of disabled adults, preparing them for a digitalised society.

Below you can access the second result produced in the framework of the Power of Creativity project. This result consists in a Guide for teachers to Engagement with Disabled People that will allow adult trainers working with people with disabilities to discover new creative workshops and how best to implement them. More specifically, this Guide offers indications on how to carry out 18 different workshops related to 6 specific types of disabilities:

  • Workshops for people with hearing disabilities
  • Workshops for people with physical disabilities
  • Workshops for adult asperger
  • Workshops for people with intellectual disabilities
  • Workshops for people with cerebral palsy
  • Workshops for people with mental health disorders
